The following terms apply to all orders. These terms are subject to change at any time without notice.
1) In the event of damage or shortage of product in transit, please contact us within two business days of receipt.
2) In the event of incorrect address information, HERITAGE HILL COOKIES reserves the right to assess a $10.00 charge for re-delivery plus any additional shipping charges. Please supply us with any change of address information as soon as possible before an order is to be shipped.
3) All payments are payable to HERITAGE HILL COOKIES. Mail orders and other correspondence should be sent to Heritage Hill Cookies, 6253 Colony Circle, Colorado Springs, CO 80919-2257.
4) A $35.00 service fee will be charged for returned checks.
5) Please allow extra time for baking, packing and shipping orders during holiday times.
6) Heritage Hill Cookies shall not be held liable by reason of any failure or delay in the fulfillment of an order on account of strikes, shortages, riots, insurrection, terrorism, fires, flood, storm, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental action, labor conditions, earthquakes, extreme weather, or any other cause which is beyond the reasonable control of Heritage Hill Cookies.
